Masonry repair and restoration in Havertown and the Main Line since 2012
BJK Masonry & Restoration is a residential masonry company owned and operated by Brendan Kneafsey, a second-generation stone mason and graduate of Williamson College of the Trades. Brendan grew up working beside his father, a mason, and built BJK to carry that craft forward for homeowners in Havertown, Wynnewood, Ardmore and nearby communities.
Today, BJK provides chimney repair and restoration, brick and stone repointing, historic masonry restoration, basement waterproofing, foundation repair, retaining walls, concrete and hardscaping.
We take the time to look closely, explain what we see, and recommend a repair that fits the house and the materials already there. From the first walkthrough through the final cleanup, BJK focuses on clear communication, careful workmanship, and a process you can follow.

Meet Brendan Kneafsey
Brendan learned masonry the traditional way, on job sites with his father, and went on to train at the Williamson College of the Trades. He is certified in historic masonry preservation, has completed Lithomax lime training, and has trained in dry-stone walling through The Stone Trust. That background is why BJK prepares lime mortar in-house for older homes instead of relying only on premixed materials.
Brendan stays involved in estimates and project oversight, and he sets clear expectations on scope, timing and cost before work begins.
